By accessing and using the Dream Reality platform, website, and mobile interfaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of our services.
Dream Reality operates as a hybrid property management ecosystem that links property owners, tenants, and administrators. Our services include property listings, compliance verification, ticket management, and online rent/deposit payments via authorized third-party gateways (Razorpay and PhonePe).
Monthly rent payments and security deposits are processed online through our platform. Tenants must clear their bills by the 5th of every month. Payments made online are final. Dream Reality is not liable for delayed transactions due to bank clearance outages or gateway downtimes.
All tenants and property owners are required to undergo KYC verification using DigiLocker Aadhaar and PAN check integrations. Users warrant that all information submitted is true, correct, and belongs to them. Submitting false credentials will lead to immediate account termination.
Dream Reality shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from property disputes, tenant-owner disagreements, maintenance outages, or payment transaction failures.
