Under compliance mandates from payment gateways (Razorpay and PhonePe), tenants and owners must verify their identities. We process DigiLocker credentials, Aadhaar last-4 digits, and masked PAN entries. To protect your privacy, we encrypt and mask this compliance paperwork and do not store plain-text credentials.
Your personal data is used to secure tenancy assignments, record rental payments, handle support tickets, generate automated PDF receipts, and export CSV ledger sheets for administrators. We do not sell or trade user data to third-party marketing companies.
All online transactions are routed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Razorpay and PhonePe). Your credit card, UPI, or Netbanking credentials are handled entirely in their encrypted environments; Dream Reality never stores your card credentials or payment credentials on its servers.
We store transaction records and tenant logs for compliance and tax audits as determined by system-wide retention parameters. You can request account deletion, subject to clearing outstanding rental bills and lease agreements.
